This cleanse introduces simple health habits,  stress management and self care routines that will enhance your everyday life.  

 By the end of the program you will have gained control of your nutrition and understand which foods work well for you to maintain good health and  how to substitute foods that are high in toxins and low in nutritious value for meals and snacks you like that are low in calories and high in fiber, protein, and healthy fats. You will experience better digestion, enjoy better sleep and be more energized during the day. 


I provide sample meal plans that eliminate processed foods, sugar, caffeine, dairy and wheat products, white rice, and unhealthy fats while increasing intake of whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and lean protein.

In addition to dietary changes, the 14 day program also incorporaties daily routines to support stress management, and self care. Throughout the program, guidance and support is provided to help participants overcome any challenges they may encounter. 

At the end of the program, participants should feel lighter, energized, and motivated to continue living a healthy lifestyle that prioritizes themselves.
