Service Description

This program includes 4 sessions, Session 1 to create the personal goals of the cleanse, and prepare the ground for the cleanse. Session 2 (2 days after session 1) to introduce cleanse enhancing practices and go over sample daily schedules. Session 3 (7 days after 2) to review the re insertion phase Session 4 (5 days later) to seal in learnings from the cleanse and create an action plan for coming months. It also includes ongoing support via text or WhatsApp. This is an elimination cleanse, which means certain specific foods that are generally toxic are eliminated from the diet for 7 days and slowly reinserted after the 7 days taking notes on the body's reaction. Cleanse enhancing activities and exercises are also introduced
